1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the consultation, design ideation, estimation, and execution services offered by Chatterjee Spaces (“studio”). By submitting a consultation brief, visiting our website, or contracting our design services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

2. Design Investment Tiers & Estimation

Our published pricing models serve as standardized per-square-foot investment benchmarks for interior architecture and turnkey execution:

• Standard Tier: 1600/- - 1900/- / per sq.ft
• Premium Tier: 2100 - 3100 / per sq.ft
• Luxury Tier: 3500-higher / per sq.ft

Note: Initial calculations provided during consultation booking are indicative estimates based on input super built-up/carpet area. Formal project contracts will outline binding Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material specifications, and finalized timeline schedules following detailed site measurement.

3. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All architectural concepts, mood boards, 3D photoreal renders, technical CAD drawings, millwork details, and spatial layouts developed by Chatterjee Spaces remain the intellectual property of the studio until full contract execution and project settlement. Unauthorized reproduction or third-party handoff of our proprietary design schemes is strictly prohibited.

4. Turnkey Execution & Payment Stages

Turnkey interior projects are executed through milestone-based phase approvals (Design Sign-off, Civil & Electrical, Custom Joinery, Finishing & Styling). Payments are structured strictly according to contractually agreed payment schedules prior to material mobilization for each respective stage.

5. Site Access & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing unobstructed site access, requisite building society approvals, power/water utilities for execution teams, and timely decision sign-offs to ensure adherence to projected completion timelines.

6. Jurisdiction & Contact Details

These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
